Dennis is a finance educator and real estate writer who makes complex financial decisions easier to understand. His work connects the numbers behind a loan—cash flow, leverage, reserves, rates, and risk—to the practical choices investors and borrowers make.

He is an adjunct professor at the City University of New York, where he teaches finance and economics. Dennis earned a Master of Science in Risk Management, Dynamic Financial Analysis and Modeling and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Queens College, CUNY. He also holds a Bloomberg certification.

Before joining theLender’s editorial program, Dennis built a career across financial education and publishing. He served as a managing editor for the Global Association of Risk Professionals and has contributed to leading finance and real estate publications, including Investopedia, The Balance, Seeking Alpha, and Awning.
